Summary:
The sun is rising on a group of islands. The air is still, and the sea is calm, but a volcano has been growing under the ocean for a long time. The lava that comes out of the volcano cools and becomes a rock, which then becomes an island. Nothing lives on the island until a seed falls from a tree and takes root. Later a seabird and marine iguanas make their way to the island. After a long tie, the island has grown, and more plants and animals live there. The surrounding water is full of sea life. Trees flourish along the coast, providing a home for many sea and land animals. The island volcano has not erupted, so the land will start sinking. There are different climate zones at various places on the island. Meanwhile, more islands are being born, and the process repeats itself. Millions of years have passed and have merged. Many life has come to live on the island and in the water near the island. Time passes by, and the island continues to sink until there is no more land. Animals need to adapt to the changing land finding a way to survive.
